Studio Heightened Cleaning Procedures

To our ftp. family, your safety is a priority for us. We’ll be learning alongside you and as we continue to navigate during this time, we will update our Safety + Cleaning Standards to promote the safest possible environment for your ride.

Studio Heightened Safety Protocols

Staff Face Masks + Gloves

All for the people. staff will be required to wear face masks during their shift and gloves while cleaning. Staff will be practicing good hand hygiene throughout shift through frequent hand washing and/or sanitizing between client interactions.

High-Touch Amenities

To limit cross-contamination, we will not have, razors, gum, q-tips, and all complimentary beauty products. Hair ties and individually wrapped earplugs will be available upon request from the front desk.

for the people. Staff Support

We are committed to bringing you the best possible experience, but from a safe distance. We have put a protocol in place that limits staff from leaving the front desk, aside from studio cleaning.

Staff will (safely) assist riders with bikes or lockers as needed. We recommend you watch our self bike setup video so you’re setup for success.

Social Distancing Practices

We ask that you respect a 6ft distance from other guests and staff in our studios and our team will do the same.

If for some reason a staff member or instructor needs to come closer, we will ask for your permission first.

Bikes Booked At A Safe Distance

To maintain safe distancing practices, bikes have been arranged to adhere to physical distancing. We ask that you please use your assigned bike.

Sanitizing Wipes

We will provide sanitizing wipes in the cycle room for you to use if you choose.

Shower Access

Showers will be available for use.

Water Station

We highly encourage you to bring your own water. We will also have water available for purchase in the studio.

Lockers

Please only use the lockers that are marked available. This will support us in maintaining safe social distancing. If you need help unlocking your locker, please alert a staff member and they will support you from a safe distance.

Community Responsibility

BEFORE YOUR RIDE

Health Check

Before entering our studio, all staff and community members will be asked a set of health questions and have their temperature checked. You’ll access to the health declaration through a QR code that will be posted in front of the studio. This is required for anyone entering the studio. When necessary we will follow our elevated temperature protocol.

Masks Mandatory In Studio

Masks are required to be worn while in the studio, before and after class. You may remove your mask once on your bike. Forgot yours? We got you! Masks will be available for purchase in the studio, just give us a call to let us know you’ll need one upon arrival and we’ll get you set up.

Contactless Check-in

Geo-check in will be available beginning 30 min before class. We ask that you check-in before you physically enter the studio to minimize congestion at the front desk.

Cancellations By Deadline

We’re operating on limited capacity! To allow as many riders as possible to get a bike we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy.

Standby Waitlist

We ask that if you’re on the waitlist and would like to stand by that you do not come into the studio until five minutes before the class is set to start. Please let the staff know that you are on the waitlist and they will check to see if a bike is available.

Please practice and follow social distancing. When in the studio we ask that you follow the CDC guidelines (approx. 6ft) for safe social distancing and good hand hygiene (frequent hand washing and/or sanitizing).

If you do not feel well, have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19 please do not book into class or come in to the studio until you are symptom and fever free.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come in to close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come into the studio for 10 days or until you tested negative for COVID-19.

Practice personal responsibility and attend classes at your own risk. If you’re in a high-risk category or live with someone who is, we understand that returning to ftp. may not be the right decision at this time. By choosing to attend a class at ftp. even with increased health and safety protocols you acknowledge and accept the additional risks associated with the global health pandemic, COVID-19.

We’re happy to announce that our virtual on demand ftp. classes will be available to you and fresh content will be dropped on a weekly basis!

If you have traveled please follow government guidelines and do not return to the studio until it is deemed safe to do so.

We understand that this is a lot of information and can seem overwhelming but ultimately, we are so excited for you to experience for the people. and love it as much as we do!
