We aim to deliver a challenging class in a welcoming environment that leaves you feeling connected to yourself and the community around you.

Download our app to swap your spots in class, modify future reservations, track your milestone progress and complete contactless check-in as you’re walking in. If you’re running late, don’t sweat it, give our studio a call and we will hold your bike for up to four minutes after the start of class.

First time guests should arrive at the studio no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. This allows our staff to get you checked in, tour the studio and get set up on your bike.
You can rent shoes for just $3. If you want your own set of spin kicks, we will also have shoes available for purchase. Our bikes are compatible with Look Delta and SPD cleats. If you’ve got those, you’re ready to ride.
This will vary from person to person but a consistent cardio practice such as cycling (5 days per week) is said to have long-term health benefits.
We offer 1, 5, and 10 class packs. We offer two monthly auto renewing memberships of 8 and 12 credits. Lastly, our best value package is 6 months of unlimited access. Check our pricing page to purchase.
We offer a 15% discount on all pricing options (excluding the ftp. original.) to active North American military members, military spouses, and active emergency first responders. A valid government ID must be shown at the time of purchase. We also offer a 15% discount on all pricing options (excluding the ftp. original.) to students and teachers with a current school issued ID. Yes! A group ride is great for celebrations and corporate team building events. Depending on the details of your event, pricing will vary. If you’re interested, email us at email@example.com with details and we will respond within 24-48 hours. Depends! 1, 5 and 10 class packs all allow for guest reservations. You are free to book a guest to accompany you to any class. The 8 and 12 credit memberships do not allow for guest reservations. The six month unlimited membership includes guest credits that can be used at any point in your six month duration. No credits are transferable.
We understand life gets crazy and adjustments need to be made. You can freeze any of the auto-renewing memberships (8, 12 and unlimited). Please reach out to email@example.com to let us know what you need!
Yes! Our best value membership is our unlimited package. This membership is billed one time every six months. To preserve the perks associated with this membership, capacity of this package is limited to 100 active memberships every six months. You will continue to auto-renew unless you cancel. Once we hit capacity, you can hop on the waitlist and we’ll notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.
Because we will be hosting classes at a limited capacity, we ask that cancellation of any class be made 5 hours before the scheduled class time. In the event you cancel within the 5 hour window, a $10 penalty and loss of a credit will be accessed for members. Class series holders will lose their credit. In the event of a no-call no-show, you will be charged a $15 fee.
The schedule is released every Sunday at 5:00 pm CST. Early access credits and ftp. original membership holders will be able to book at 12:00 pm CST.
Yes! You can self manage your reservation on our iOS app and modify your seat reservation up until 30 minutes prior to class starting. Android users will have functionality soon!
We have many pregnant women ride with us well into their pregnancy! Our classes are all-levels and our instructors are trained to provide clear instructions for our riders. That said, we recommend checking in with your doctor or medical professional so you can make the best decisions for your body.
We require our riders to be at least 14 years of age. If you are 14-17 years old, a parent or guardian will need to complete a minor waiver for you.
We ask that you store your phone outside of the cycle room to protect the environment for everyone in the space, including you! If you need someone to manage any emergency-related calls for you, our front desk staff will be happy to assist. Apple watch/fitness watches are welcome on silent/theatre mode.

You can experience our virtual classes on any device that’s compatible with a web browser. Mobile device, tablet, desktops all work great, but if it were up to use we’d choose the biggest screen (and loudest speakers) possible for the best experience.
