You not only have a strong connection to great guest service but are great at taking on operational functions while going the extra mile doing it all.  You are also eager to grow and develop as you help keep our studio sparkling clean, exciting and welcoming to all.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a team lead who can work 30-40 hours a week that includes availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and peak holidays. You’ll be guest-facing for the majority of your shifts in a face-paced, high energy environment. You will also work alongside our team members, managing studio schedules and assist in team development. On top of that, you will be key in getting to know our community and keep them top of mind. We want you to be an advocate in taking a stand that our brand values are being upheld.

Need to haves:

  • Minimum one year’s work experience in retail / sales leadership, or an equivalent role

  • Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people development

  • Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, being creative and resourceful

  • Gold standard guest service is key, this role will be guest-facing

  • Support both staff and instructors to make sure our guest are taken care of and prepared for their experience with us

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication specifically phone and email etiquette

  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves to keep our studio sparkling clean (cycle room, studio lobby, restrooms)

  • Connecting with guests on our membership options and be able to answer inquiries about the studio

  • Sense of urgency to and a positive and encouraging attitude while in shift

  • You can lift or carry a maximum of 35lbs

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • All staff will be required to wear gloves and masks while in shift, practice safe distancing and maintain good hand hygiene
