Our diverse group of instructors works tirelessly to craft a fun and challenging experience for every person in the room.

If you want your own set of spin kicks, we will also have shoes available for purchase. Our bikes are compatible with Look Delta and SPD cleats. If you’ve got those, you’re ready to ride.

how can i check on my current reservations?

Make sure to download our app to swap your spots in class, modify future reservations, track your milestone progress and complete contactless check-in as you’re walking in. If you’re running late, don’t sweat it, give our studio a call and we will hold your bike for up to four minutes after the start of class.

but what should i wear?

As far as outfits go, we recommend wearing workout clothes you can get nice and sweaty in. Close-fitting tees, tanks, leggings or shorts will set you up to be the most comfortable in class. And like, we love a matching set so please do bring it alllll on.
