This native Houstonian found her way to indoor cycling while on the hunt for a workout that was about more than just burning calories. She was immediately hooked on the energy in the room from day one and hasn’t looked back since.
Her favorite escape is clipping in, connecting to the beat and knowing she can conquer anything that life throws her way. Her goal is to offer the same space for her riders. A powerhouse on the bike, Sydney aims to bring out the best in her crew by championing them, giving them tools to be successful and being in the work alongside them.
When Sydney’s not doing all things fitness, she loves to snuggle her pup, Waffles, work on her calligraphy business (With Love Lettering) and sample all of the best local restaurants in town (carbs and good company required!).
